There's a Birthday Coming Up...LuxeBrideGuide is Turning 2!
Hey everyone!
Happy Tuesday. This post is coming at you a little bit early, but then again, there is nothing wrong with celebrating a birthday for more than a day right?
I can’t believe that on the 27th, LuxeBrideGuide will be turning two! For those of you who really pay attention, no, the blog isn’t two years old, but the Instagram is. The 27th is also my two year anniversary of being self-employed, so hooray for that!
I just wanted to thank you all for your support over the past two years! I am blown away by how much my platform has grown. Never would I have thought that I would reach over 30K followers on Instagram. While I’m not always sure when or how this will become my full time job eventually, I have high hopes as I work toward it. (While also trusting that God has it all figured out…I’ll work hard and if it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be! I am truly blessed to be doing something I am passionate about)
To celebrate two years of bridal style, here are some of my favorite moments (in no particular order).
Love Stories TV Party at the Plaza
My first bridal fashion week as a blogger/press. I’ve gone before with a previous employer, but never got invited by my own merit, so this was cool, especially since I only had around 500 followers at the time! Lesson learned: You never know who will take interest in your work!
Interviewing David Tutera. I grew up watching him on TV. Never did I DREAM of getting that email in my inbox. Read the interview here.

Love Stories TV party at The Plaza. Sipping champagne in a wedding dress in a suite at The Plaza was unforgettable! This was also the first “influencer event” I was ever invited to. Read the post here.

Being on the publisher’s panel at The Bridal Masterclass Experience Philly: I can’t wait to do it again! I had a blast listening to the speakers and meeting new people in the industry!
While there were more awesome moments these past two years (and some things in the works), I’m going to sign off here. I can’t to see where LuxeBrideGuide will be this time next year. Thank you again to everyone who has supported me along the way, whether you invited me to an event, liked a photo, read a post, or offered words of support or encouragement.
